At Mont Bleu, we are committed to providing high-quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a positive experience for every client. This Customer Policy outlines expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Free Estimates and Consultations

All estimate appointments are provided at no cost. Estimates are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of the site visit. Final scope and pricing may change if additional conditions or unforeseen issues are discovered during the project. Any changes will be discussed and approved before work proceeds.

Scheduling and Appointments

Project scheduling is based on availability, project scope, weather conditions, and material lead times. If you need to cancel or reschedule an estimate or appointment, please notify us in advance so our project manager can adjust their schedule.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

Project Communication

Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager who serves as your primary point of contact. We encourage open communication and ask that all project-related questions, changes, or concerns be directed through the assigned project manager to avoid miscommunication.

Project Scope and Changes

All work is performed according to a written proposal or contract approved prior to the start of the project. Any changes to the original scope, materials, or design must be approved in writing before additional work is performed.

Change requests may affect project timelines and costs.

Payments

Payment terms, schedules, and accepted payment methods are outlined in the project agreement. Accepted payment methods typically include personal checks, cashier’s checks, debit cards, and credit cards. A convenience fee may apply to credit card payments.

Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in project delays or suspension of work.

Site Access and Safety

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the project site during scheduled work hours. For safety reasons, we ask that homeowners, children, and pets remain clear of active work areas at all times.

Mont Bleu is not responsible for injuries resulting from unauthorized access to work zones.

Materials and Conditions

Material availability, delivery schedules, and weather conditions may impact project timelines. While we work to meet estimated schedules, delays due to factors beyond our control may occur. We will communicate any significant changes as they arise.

Cleanliness and Property Protection

We take care to protect your property and maintain a clean jobsite. However, construction work may generate noise, dust, and debris. Final cleanup is completed upon project completion unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Warranties and Workmanship

Mont Bleu provides warranty certificates for applicable workmanship. Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain materials and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Project Completion and Walkthrough

Upon completion, a final walkthrough will be conducted to review the work and address any agreed-upon details. Final payment is due according to the terms of the project agreement.

Respectful Conduct

We value mutual respect. Abusive language, harassment, or unsafe behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of services.

Policy Updates

Mont Bleu reserves the right to update this Customer Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
